Hello fellas!

Attached are 3 oil analysis's I've had done over the last 15k. All show indicators I have coolant in the oil.

I have no external dripping leaks. Dye in the coolant shows no leaks in/around the engine compartment. I'm not puffing white smoke and the oil didn't look milky. I was loosing a little coolant at first so I pressure tested the system and discovered my cap was bad. I replaced it and haven't noticed a drop in coolant level since.

I had the timing belt/water pump done @ 105k (completed before I started sampling oil). Could this be due to a leaky water pump seal?

Another question...can a leak in the EGR cooler allow coolant to recirculate back into the engine & oil? If so, is it safe to remove the lines from the cooler and daisy chain them together, and plug the cooler nipples. I've installed the Intake Elbow Kit, EGR Bypass/FCV Delete kit from Sasquatch Motorsports.

Does anyone have any more ideas as to what I should test/look for?

As always, thanks for all your help!

When I had an oil sample show this when I owned my 2000 XJ Cherokee, it turned out to be from a hairline crack in the cast iron head. But that was a known defect for the 4.0 heads made from 2000 to 2001. The cracked head was diagnosed by removing it and pressure testing it. The cracked head issue causes slow coolant loss into the oil pan, which degrades the oil, causing bearing damage, leading to low oil pressure, and finally engine failure. I don't know if that is your issue, but I wouldn't drive too far with coolant in the oil. If you have to drive it, change the oil very often to get fresh oil in it as much as possible until you can find and fix the leak.
