Just wanted to let everyone know that if you would like to save a little money on the OME springs and the rear upper isolators I bought mine through O'ReillyAuto Parts. The upper isolators were 12.99 each and they were overnight for 4 of them. I bought my Rancho struts/shocks from them as well. Rear shocks were in stock and they ordered the front struts which were overnight as well. The struts were 107.99 a piece and they matched the price of Jeepin by Al for me and the the rear shocks were I believe 52.99. The OME front/rear springs 2790 and 2948 were 238.99 and they matched jeepin by Al again for me. The springs were 2 days out so I will have them Saturday. They also did not charge me any freight so I saved quite a bit of money. Just figured I would try to help everyone out.

The Ranchos you get now are the lower end of what we used to run. We used the RSX line which they no longer make. Did you get the 5000 series I assume ? Some have had issues with anything but OME shocks on the CRDs , make sure you get the bumpstops in there right away front and rear

Yeah just using the 5000's. I had used them previously on other vehicles with good success so well find out. At least I have a lifetime warranty on them lol. If I end up having issues I will try a different shock/strut but keeping my fingers crossed. And I did get the bump stops. I bought those from jeepin by Al along with my JBA strut plate.

(Hijack). I have the OME 1.5 inch lift with 3 rear upper isolators per side and Clevis top plate for the front. I feel like all that rubber on the rear springs made it feel worse.

I've driven with the extra iso's and without, also with the 4 inch JBA springs
Can't really feel any difference really IMO

These:

Add them to the stock isos on the top of the rear springs(2-3 extra, max) to get about anywhere from about .5-1.5"(depends on how many you use) of additional lift.

Yeah the added rear upper iso's make it feel spongey, when all I had was my OME 1.5" lift and the single factory rear upper Iso it made a significantly different feeling when going over the same bumps in the road before and after stock (ome lift) then adding the extra 2 ISO per side in the rear. It's not a safety hazard or anything but it rides better without all that rubber stacked up there and I truly feel it isn't just marginally either.

If it weren't for the added lift and the cool guy factor I would have added rear iso's or Clevis and top plate. Sitting at a 2.65" rear and 2.8" in the front and its settled

You dont like the "rubber" feel, use *gasp* treated plywood. I have used it for six years now and I have no promblems.
