I installed the following for my otherwise stock 2005 CRD. The ride is better and the lift sits almost 2.25 above stock, im sure it will settle a little however it looks great and close to level. In just a couple weeks the stock shock eye bushings started to show signs of irregular wear and make noise. NOT bilsteins issue, I knew well before Installed them I was going to have to replace the stock bushings. I was just hoping to get more than a couple weeks before they started to make a clunk noise on the road.

Front
ARB 2790 Old Man Emu Coil Spring
Strut Bilstein 24-139168 Shock Absorber for Dodge Nitro

Rear
Bilstein 24-185660 Monotube Shock Absorber, Rear, 46mm
coil OME ARB 2948 Old Man Emu Coil Spring
JBA UCA for lifted

I just got done replacing the shock eye bushing with these sky jacker bushings, IMO these are a must when installing the rear shocks.

Looks great with the new "altitude"...but it "YEARNS" for new shoes... Hurry up and wear out the current Keds...

I had the same setup and fit 255/70/16 Cooper AT3's and loved them. Great tires all the way around.

Recently, after that setup for 8 years...I added a bit more lift (at about 2.75"-3") and the same JBA UCAs with new 245/75/16 Cooper STT PROs. Also the Camo/front bumper center with Rigid SR2...etc

One other thing I did...and it really works is apply Wipe New...got it at WalMart. One thing I would do before applying to your grey cladding and black strips is using painters tape so it doesn't get on paint or glass. This stuff really works for a long time.

Amazing results on a dark green gelcoat stripe on my boat! It sets on a lift, morning sun directly on it plus reflection off water had turned beautiful Kelly green a chalky mess. Light scuff with 3M pad, then applied that stuff. Just now beginning to show chalk now after 3 years.

Im looking at a setup very similar to yours, how well do the Bilsteins handle the heavier springs? I wasnt sure if you could use standard length struts on them or not.

Front shocks are all the same length, well all except Ironman which are a bit longer
OME front shocks seem to hold up better long term than others on a CRD

Even the Ironman C springs. Hate to say it, but im almost out of tricks to keep this ironman lift at 4".
