I am wondering if anyone has ever tried to retrofit a sealed 7"(PAR56) headlight housing into their KJ? It seems our headlights are more like 7.75" OD and was just wondering if anyone had fit them and how they looked?

With all the LED and HID sealed beam lights out there for the JK's I thought this might be a nicer path than trying to pull apart my headlight housings and retrofit the Bi-Xenon HID's again after my wife hit a deer. This was my first go around:

Great Idea! I too have often wondered the same thing; so many choices and options out there nowadays for LEDs, Projector, Halos, & HID's for the standard Jeep 7" round headlamp housings!
Sure would be nice if there was a simple retrofit kit that would allow them to be installed in our Jeep libertys...
Bet a small niche company that caters to certain Jeep Libertys could sell a bunch of them?
Hey Seth, you listening, hint, hint!

Going to the Bi-Xenons was a HUGE difference in lighting performance. The stock lights are some of the worst I have had in a car.
