 Post subject: Fuel regulator buzzing

Hello everybody,
My 2003 CRD export starts very well but turns off after 30s at idle, if i accelerate to 1700 rpm it does not cut out.
The fuel regulator sensor is buzzing, is this normal or not?.
Do you have any ideas?
