I have 20k on mine an they are still doing quite well.

They did clunk at first, even with the washers until I torqued them down about four separate times. Now they are silent.

Actually the compressed lenght is about 2" longer. However as I mentioned in my previous post, the stock bumpstops stop the shock just short of bottoming out. On ocations they will bottom if the wheel comes out hard, because the bumpstop is rubber and compresses a little. However, just a little 1/2" piece of rubber fixes the problem, plus it is useful for keeping the larger tires from rubbing.
