We had two of the owners of that lift on here and both had major problems.

Still junk, they maybe have another kit laying in the back they want to unload! Back when the one guy was trying to get his to work he tried everything, of course the company was NO HELP at all. I would not even take one of the kits if someone dropped it off in the driveway for me!

Don't get me wrong, I'm just saying what they said. I did ask if they had any & they said no, I think they also said RK called for a return of all uninstalled kits.
They were expensive to begin with, & if they required professional install to work right, well that makes them just about as expensive as a SFA conversion...
No thank you!

Was the same concept ever used with a smaller lift say 4" to 5" :?: Perhaps that would eliminate many of the problems of such a big lift on a rig that shouldn't have one.

Jeepin Al lifted his by 5.5" or so. He has sold both his KJ & his company. The people who bought the company have continued to pursue Al's work, & they are supposed to be announcing the availability of a ~5" lift very soon :D

FYI - the only person to get the 7 inch lift to work - and scroll down to read what he had to do to it.

Makes SFA conversion look like a very reasonable option.

face it you can only lift and stretch a KJ so much no matter what you do then you have the front end to deal with and going to 33/35 inch tires would blow it, so yes the only logical solution would be go SFA and be done with it. Lots of money yes, but in the long run better and cheaper
