You dont need them but should have is what I should of said. If you get into a situation where you compress your spring basically flat then it will loose some of the strength over time. Most kits you see do not include a longer bump stop but if you really get into lifts then you will find out what they do and the real purpose of them are. I bet that 80 % or bertter of the lifts do not have them on but again you should

agree on that tommud..


my rear springs are in need of replacement due to constant barrage of compression over the past two years. will upgrade to the good ole' ome hd's for the rear when i get around to it..


maybe use the firestone airbags that jeepjeepster and eddo use as well. seems that will help the springs carry the load when making trips.
