I have a Rusty's with a 3/8" clevis in front, OME 132s (Not L's) in the rear and an extra rear upper isolator on each side.

I have had them for about 18 month and they are sagging with moderate wheeling.

The springs are going to get replaced with OME HDs this Spring.
