I dont know if you really need to or not but I was told to spray some silicon in between the isos so they dont squeak

they do , so on mine I used epoxy put them both together waited till next day to dry fully and pop right back in 2 years no noise :D

Even All J's site's lists the OME spring lift as 1.5" - 2", so RRO is not lying there. Again, the amount of lift you actually see depends on a lot of factors. The Rockfather gave me about 4" on the front right after install, but i have not remeasured it. That number will likely drop some, but it is greater than the rear because my jeep is no longer raked.

As an example, people with an early '02 will not net as much height out of the same lift as people with later KJ's.
