We got pretty extensive vehicle training in Korea as well. Hummer's, Duece and a half's, 5 ton's, you name it. In Saudi I remeber we welded a hummer winch to a flatbed for towing. That's how I remember it was electric. I haven't touched a hummer in almost 10 years (unless you count loading them on an airplane), I'm sure some things have changed.

Mile Marker has a pretty good reputation.....but I've heard they can be slow. Not a big deal to me, but some folks are inpatient.

are you guys usings arbs to mount these whinches? i saw a hidden whinch on a libby the other day and i think might weigh down the front too much, does it?
