TallNorton, don't forget, this is a REAR bumper and ARB doesn't make a rear bumper so there is no comparison.

RL, I want your bumper sooooooo bad! It's lookin mighty fine! I am hoping that the VA gives me adequate disability, since i'll be out of work soon so I can hold up my end and get one of those purdy things (i'll be  if I'm not able)!

Will there be a block off plate for the hole in your bumper if we already have one installed? I don't know about anyone else, but I don't mind pitchin my stock hitch if your bumper is integrated w/one. Also, have you found a place to mount the liscense plate? or will we have to mount it ourselves (if we do, are you going to offer a solution to purchase from you or direct us somewhere for those of us who buy the bumper w/o the spare and can carrier)?

.........One more from the long winded cripple  ...........

....How goes the idea of the can carrier for those of us that want to retain our stock tire carrier?

Keep up the awesome work!

Done......... for now!

I'm a little slow, so stay with me here. Are you saying the bumper has a hitch included with it, or would another hitch need to be bought to fit the bumper? Thanks

There is a hitch built into the bumper, but if you don't trust my hitch, then a factory hitch will fit directly underneath of it.

Is the hitch built into the bumper standard or extra charge? Are you gonna make a plug with a L plate frame holder for those who want to use there old hitch?

Looks perfect! I can't wait to see it on the jeep and painted

I can't imagine buying this bumper and then leaving your stock tow hitch on under it. That would defeat the purpose of getting the bumper up out of the way like it was designed. Plus it would look like crap.

Granted bighause, but my "tight squeeze" with the hitch/trailer I have is perfect because a thief would have to take off my spare tire to lift the latch even if he cut the lock. I usually hitch the trailer, close the latcharoo, and slide my reciever back in and lock pin it, then lock the latch.

I'm probably gonna get the bumpers anyhows.

RL what about a mounting hole for a trailer brake connector to go with the receiver. If I wanted one would I have to cut the hole later and compromise the powder coat? Is the powder coat color going to match the ARB color? Does the position you mount your receiver make the clearance between the stock tire location and the trailer hitch connector less than a Liberty with a stock bumper and aftermarket receiver?

It's not going to be powder coated, and if you have your spare on the tail gate, it's pretty obvious that you will have less clearance b/w the receiver and spare.

I need coffe :(

Here it is pretty much all mocked up. It needs some tweeking here and there, but you get a pretty good idea with these pictures how the finished product is going to look. And there will be plates to fill in those end caps under the taillights if you don't have the carriers to fill them in.

Whats the plan for the part of the fender flare that hangs down? It's not readily apparent how that could be cut and still cover the inside of the fender exposed underneath.

You cut it right at that bend, and the fender liner that comes down and attaches to the flare acts as a mud flap.

The reciever will be higher, so you will need a drop reciever, so you can still have the same clearance as the old reciever, inly difference is the ball will be dropped to where the old reciever used to be.
