I was laughing my booty off at the face palm. Lol!!!

There is a rumour I hear about Facebook bashing. Your previous reference to it.. Ya I ignored it. It is both out of the realm of my convo and has nothing to do with me.

But.... The face palm will reign forever!!!!

Even better when Picard does it.

:| Awaiting release of the WJ IRO bracket....My boomerang bushings are :dead: ; and I don't see much sense in replacing them with something that will die again in short order....I understand that the bushings on the IRO arm are the same....but the arm is made to on a WJ with between 3-7" of lift....the bushing ends are angled....should keep the bushings alive for quite longer....and the arm is much beefier.....I think my sheet metal boomerang might just crumple if I tried to press old bushings out, and new in....There are a few other replacement WJ upper arms on the market that have various types of joints on the body side, other than bushings....
For right now...my biggest concern however is finding a replacement key....I lost my only transponder key, :banghead: and the dealership closest to where my Jeep is says the blanks are on back order... :furious: ....

Find a lock smith. One did my bosses KJ today, took him 30 mins. I dont know what he charged, but got two new transponder Keys for his 06. They dont have the clickers, but atleast he can drive his Jeep again.

So this thing replaces the tri link extension for 3"+ lifts?

The one I am working on / testing now will be from stock on through 6 inch

His will need to be tested on both lifted and unlifted I assume to make sure there is enough adjustability

Bad to the bone is an understatement eh.

Not only has mk1 provided insane flex and strength. It takes only Hal an hour and a bench vise/pipe wrench to fold up prior to weldig. It offers mechanical lockdown I the two pieces as well as welding. If a weld breaks, rest assured the mechanical lock down tabs will hold it together long enough to sop the vehicle safely.

Trials down south in rock terrain are on their second week. So far I have heard nothing but good news.

If you fancy flex.. Wait until you see mk2, similar to mk1, but folded from a single piece of 1/4 steel and utilizes spacers for FULL RANGE OF MOTION. Meaning it will flex the joint all the way.

Again I apologize for this taking so long to release. We are moments away.

So my understanding is that you guys are making an adapter to fit the wk rear arm from IRO, which will give our rear more flex?

Wj.

Yes, tons more flex.

An afterthought I had was that it would also improve rear end safety. Ball joints are prone to failure, experiencing a bj failure could seriously end up ruining your day.

The flex joint, even if it wears down to nothing, or the end caps break off, it can't fail like a bj can. Like sure if can fail, but it's not going to send your rear end teetering out sideways or your rear axle doing backflips. It's just a way safer design, over the stock bj that is.

Physically, the mk1 bracket is ready to go. Mk2 is still under development.

i'm doing some number crunching with various lawyers and insurance companies to try and open up a ltd business.

As soon as that's done the brackets can then literally start flying out the door :)

I'll need an exact number from the members here on lost of how many I need to have cut. It's way cheaper to cut say 10 in a row than it is to cut one here and there.

Just be ready to have twenty people say they want them
then 3 actually pay right away , 2 want to pay half down and the rest next week
happens the same way on everything
