a good poly paint on an epoxy base can be harder and take mre abuse than a powdercoat. Im sure rush would agree with me. Where i work we have some of the parts on our cement trucks painted and some powder coated and 5 to 10 years later seeing the trucks rolling down the road you can tell what has what by how warn it is. An paint is a lot cheeper and you have a lot more variety. Oh and rhino lining. If you thin it out a bit more it looks just like paint anyway.
EDIT otherwise the rhino unthinned comew out like normal...... like cottage cheese giving it that wet look
Sure sounds like an invitation for me to speak up if I ever saw one

I real good Epoxy Paint and would fit right into a shops siutation. You may want to look into a mini spray booth with a fresh air supply system. You already know the name Rustoleum, but this is not the product you will find at your freindly neighborhood Home Depot , Lowes, Ace Hardware or whatever. This Rustoleum product is made by and sold to their Industrial Coatings Division if you can't find one in your area. I can give you the name and number of one here in Denver. This stuff is so tuff one of their sales aids is a square peice of metal coated with the Industrial Epoxy the salesman hands you a BFH (Hammer) and tell you to have fun pounding on it. It doesn't matter from which side you hit it the paint does not come off. Now having been in the paint business for a while I had him leave some paint with me and I made my own metal plate and mixed it up and applied it ans allowed the drying time and even to make sure waited some time longer then pounded on it myself. Same results it didn't pop off. They designed it for Dump trucks and Cement trucks. So if you need some PM me and I'll get you address's and phone numbers if you need spray equipment I can't get you all hooked up there also.
