I agree that this thread should be locked. The design of the bumper was terrific, (although it was very heavy) and Jason seemed like a very nice and genuine guy, so it's a shame that things didn't work out for whatever reason, but I think that there's really no more to be usefully said here. I hope that those out of pocket get their money back.
