........just driving down the road.

Drivers side front tire covered in brake fluid. I wonder what this could be, going out to investigate now.

wow mutt, sorry your having more trouble with it. If I had to guess Id say a brake line was hurt while you were working on it? Nothing much else it could be in that area. I hurt one of my solid rear brake lines, Im just waiting for it to blow out driving down the road. I ask advance if they sell pre-bent(they dont) and I was going to just keep it in the jeep with some brake fluid that way when it did blow out I could fix it beside the road. I was drilling a hole and my chuck on my drill was hitting it, id say it went about half way through it before I saw it. I shot it with some paint so it wouldnt rust and i guess itll be fine. I pushed the brakes as hard as I could and it held.

Good luck getting it fixed. Maybe this is something telling me to go ahead and replace mine? Hope you didnt almost hit anyone.

Strangest thing, banjo bolt that holds the brake line onto the caliper was loose.

Done, except for bleeding the brakes. Got to go get some more brake fluid.

I drove home gently and using liberal use of parking brake.
