I installed a frankenlift last weekend. Two spacers on the back springs and new BFG KO's. I love it but the front left side is squeaking a lot going over bumps and even when I hit the breaks. I think it might have made some noise before on larger bumps but not nearly as noticable. Does anyone else have this problem or know what can be causing it? It has me worried because I will have no money for a while to put in to this thing.

Try spraying the swaybar bushings with some kind of lubricant. I find that my suspension gets creeky pretty quickly and I have to keep spraying it every few weeks or so.

I had the same experience. A few days after the lift was on it started squeaking (sounded more like a moan) but after I went wheelin a few times the sounds went away. It dosent make a peep now!

What kind of lube did you use? I just noticed my right-rear shock squeaking while my radio was off. Drives me nuts now.

Two spacers on each side, or a spacer per side? Oh yeah, let's see some pictures!

Use a spray that contains teflon and ends up dry. Spray the area where the spring comes in contact with the poly spacer and see if that cures the squeak. The squeak went away on mine when I tried it. Also check the sway bar bushings, the sound could come from there too.

I have two spacers on each side. I dont have any before pics but I will try and get some after pics in the next day or so. I will try the teflon lubricant thing on the springs/bushings. Sounds like a good idea.

I used a silicone lubricant spray, because I happened to already have a can of it lying around. I've heard good things about lithium as well.
