If anyone has a picture of how the ARB winch bumper mounts to the frame, I would like to see it.
Please let me know if you can help.

I have the directions with pictures on my computer at work if you PM me your email I can send them to you Monday Morning. Or you could pm ARB seth on here and he would send you the directions also. I can tell you that it mounts where the tow hooks mount with one extra bolt on each side, plus you have to drill 2 holes per side in the, I suppose you would call it the lower radiator support brace ? It ends up good and strong for sure

Two bolts four holes?

I just installed a front receiver hitch and drilled the extra hole on each side. I'm now thinking about an arb and I wonder if the new hole lines up with the bumper?
That would suck if it's off and I had to drill a new one.

The ARB mounting plate calls for the 4 stock holes for the tow hooks, then another hole on each side of unibody behind the tow hook holes. It then calls for 2 bolts on each side on the front of the subframe (4 bolts on the front, 6 on the bottom).
