| Post subject: | cradle question... |
Why cant the cradle out of a Dodge truck be fitted under the KJ? using custom brackets and drivelines? That would open a whole world of aftermarket possiblilites for just about every part in the suspension..... This is one of those times i wish i had more money than i knew what to do with... |

For one thing, a Dodge truck is body on frame where a KJ is a unibody. For another, a Full Size truck is much wider than a KJ. If you mean a Dakota, there isn't that much more of an aftermarket for that than a KJ. I bet with some fabrication it could be done, but not sure if the cost would outweigh the benefit. |

Well to be honest i used dodge just for the brand...ppl get touchy when suggestioning another brand. I was really thinking something along the lines of a toyota, s-10, or other light duty truck....I have a s-10 blazer sitting out back... |
