Im' putting in my frankenlift and al's arms, (got the front in , going out to do the back now) and I putting on my moabs/MT/R's.

everyone says wait till it settles down to get an alignment, which i understand, but over the next 2 days I will be going 300 highway miles for work, then wed-sat only maybe anther 100, thean next sunday I will be going to the great american jeep rally, which is 300 miles.

so i am looking at 600-700 miles or so before i can align. will the kill my MTR's?

Oh-yea. MTR's wear fast when the alignment is out. I suggest go to NTB. They have a 3 year alignment special. I think I paid $129.99 for unlimited alignments. Most other places have similar deals but will not honor it on vehicles with a lift. With this you can get it checked now then go back later after it settles. then every time you go wheeling you can have the alignment fixed for free.

You really need to take it out wheelin' before you get an alignment done. It takes a seriously good bashing to get those front springs anywhere near settled. I wouldn't worry about the minimal misaligned tire wear, but that's just me.

The worst wear is from toe-in/out. You can use a tape to check this. Just make sure that the front of the tire is only about 1/16" narrower than the back of the tire. If it's too far out it will wear fast & handle odd, if it's too far in it will wear faster, but handle fine.
