I was looking at the sticky for lifts and I came across the springtech lift. It looks like it would work for my CRD, anyone have any experience? Also if you do where did you get it, at that price its almost as cheap as the daystar but will give me a shock and springs for the back. |

They say lifts on the front of a KJ over 2.5" are going to have a negative effect on the life of your CV joints. |

It says it works with 03-05 KJ Liberties......this leaves us 02 guys out of the picture??? I wonder what could be different? I would wonder on the ride quality associated w/ the front of the lift. No springs for the front...only spacers? You'd have to make use of your stock components....and anyone over 40K (or around that range...depending on the use) is probably needing new springs and etc.... You'd probably only want to install on a newer KJ. |

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 409&rd=1,1 That procomp lift uses spacer style brackets on the bottom of your strut to clevis connection. They clamp on the bottom of the strut and then the clevis clamps on the bottom of them. Not sure if that was understood since it was compared to an OTT lift. (I could be wrong here, but I believe OTT means Over The Top style strut or spring spacers. |

Just uses a spacer that attaches to the bottom of the strut instead of going on top and will result in similar problems. It is almost identical to the rough country lift, which has caused people a number of issues. For an extra hundred more you could get Rusty's spring kit, which include new front springs instead of spacers and new front struts.
