So I installed the Mopar Light kit last week on my Limited CRD. the installation wasn't too bad, although it seemed like I had none of the hardware to get it done.

Anywho, I haven't driven the crd for a few days, and I find out my passenger floor is SOAKED! there is no water running down, and the ceiling seems to be dry, so I'm not sure where its coming from. My guess is the holes.

I'm going to put putty up there, and other suggestions?

BTW. the lights rock... omg put them, the fogs, main lights all on and you have one Deer blinding machine!

Hey man congratts to ya on the light bar.
I did mine over the summer.
This is what I did.
After I drilled out the holes, I took sand paper and cleaned up around the holes and sprayed primer on the holes to stop the formation of rust. Then just before I placed the bottom of the light bar on the roof, I used RVT sealant on every hole after I inserted the nutzerts. I made sure everything was covered. USED ALOT!!!! This way when I put the screws in place, the RVT sealant would make a seal around the screws that hold down the bottom plate. Also I used a ton around the half inch hole for the wires. After all of that, I ran a bead of seal on the bottom of the light bar plate. ALOT AGAIN! As the screws were making the plate tight, it would force the sealant out from the bottom and would leave you no open space for water to go to.

That is what I did and I do not have any problems with water leaking into the cab.

Wasn't there an issue with air conditioner condensate in the floor on the passenger side?

If it had never done it before I'd suspect the light bar.

You didnt run any wires through the door seal did you? I and it soaked everything. It may be running down the A-pillar and going down that way.

check the weather stripping on the bottom of the door frame. Mine got pulled out of place and soaked my floor one time. It's really easy for stuff to leak in if weather stripping isn't installed correctly.
