I was looking at upgrades for the transfer case or regearing. On the road I accelerate too slow. Would 4.10 gears help with that? I want to be able to creep around slower when wheeling and going down hill so I wont kill my brakes.

Lower gears would help with your acceleration for sure. 4.10's would probably be good, but I dont know what is made for our Jeeps. With the lower gears you would crawl even slower for the same number of RPMs.

4.10's are the only avilable upgrade right now and it would help both on road acceleration and off road crawling. Search around here, there are a couple threads about regearing to 4.10's.

A lower gear t-case will only hepl in 4-low, where as a regear will help across the board in all drives. 4:10's are a good choice, thier a good all around gear for highway and offroad.
