OK, I'm getting ready to start installing my Super Skink Sliders. However, there's a piece of plastic trim along the bottom of the rocker panel that looks like it needs to come off. I dont see any screws to take it off, so does it just pop off? I'd post pics, but my camera is dead right now.

There should be a supplement to the installation manual that comes with the sliders. Essentially, you pry off the bottom clips with a hammer and then trim out any places where the two pieces of trim overlap. This way the trim will lay flat and provide more clearance for the sliders. I think I might just cut a strip out along the entire piece of trim so I can push up the pinch seam mount as far as possible.

I think yours might be a little different though as I have the 02 and you have the newer design. I believe Jeep changed that design a little bit. I'm thinking that becuase I dont see a supplement regarding that.

Yep. I got it off. Just pops off. Why do companies insist on going gung-ho with these plastic clippy thingies?
