you should gain an inch of lift just from the pre lowered springs. but with 2.5 spacers in the rear you would obviously gain another 2.5. i would do rustys front springs and a clevis to level it out

I do no believe hes talking about the 2.5in spacers..

I would just get the OME lift if you are wanting some more lift. It would ride better than the pre-lowered springs and you would get around .75in more lift with them..

Rustys had them for $100 for front and $100 for rear. Not to sure if hes still got that deal or not..

the OME lift is just springs?do i need rear shocks?

No. If you want more flex you can get longer shocks. I have the OME rear shocks but they are only about 1/4in longer than the stock shocks..

so just putting the springs on would give me lift?would it be able to handle a 245/75 tire

No, I wouldnt try 245/75/16 tires. I have the OME springs with 2conduit washers for a clevis lift. I have the 245/70/16 tires and they fit just fine.
