How do they look? Ive not seen them in person yet, so I dont know how they will fit on the libby. The guy that made them is REALLY good at fabbing stuff up and welding. I believe they will do just fine. It seems like he measured and got the 7 holes in the pinch seem exact. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I didnt take the pics. ![]() |

Did that cat come with the order, or did you have to pay extra for him? PS: Bleache White is the greatest stuff ever... just don't breathe while you're using it. |

Man! He beat me to the cat comment! So, what color do you plan to paint them? Are you going with typical black or something that stands out and draws attention to you.....like, say pink, or yellow? Both will go great with the green Jeep. |

Very nice...I plan to mock up a set here in the coming weekends. I also have plans for a skid plate that I haven't gotten to! ![]() My only question...I see that the aftermarket versions of the sliders (like Boulder Bars) have more than just 2 mounts and 2 mount to the frame and the other mounts to the subrame (I believe I read this right...correct me if I'm wrong). Did you guys think of making another mount? Just wondering...trying to gather ideas here. Very good looking craftsmanship I might add though. Glad it worked out good for you. |

The skinks only have 2 mounts and no one has had any problems with them. Im alittle worried about how they will fit after looking at the pics some. if they need some work, the guy said he wouldnt care a bit to tweak them some. ![]() |

Do to the fact that my wife drives so very much (87K on an 03) the extra 135lbs was an issue so I made mine out of 2 inch receiver stock and are removable. Just like putting in a receiver in your tow hitch. Dave |

DId he have a libby to test them on? Just curious because our frame is wider in the front than it is in the back. The front mount on the ones I made are like 1" longer on the front of the bar than they are on the back. |

He used USAFCOP's KJ for the older models and he had another guy's 05 KJ for the newer models. I had the first prototype and I installed them by myself in my one car garage while it was cold outside. Not a lot of working room in a loaded one car garage but I got thme on. I do recommend an angle drill and a top of the line titanium drill bit. They tear right through the metal. You will get very tired drilling with a regular bit. |

Yep 135, The outer rails are 2" inside diamater hitch steel (the same steel used on hitches) I think 3/16th and the supports 3 on each side are 2" outside again the same thing the hitch receivers are made of. Tieing the supports together is a piece of 1" angle and yes 2 supports are shorter than the last one. If she bends these things then she will need more than a tow strap to get out. Dave |

I'm sorry and apologize, I seem to have pushed too many buttons. They weigh 70 lbs total (both sides) 35 lbs each and are 1/4 inch receiver steel. They are the same rails that Rocky Road Outfitters have except mine are removable. Dave |
