Ok, just out of curiosity, does anyone else have a lot of noise coming from the front suspension after they Frankenlifted it? It is between a bumping sound and a thunk. It seems to be worse on road than off, especially at speed. Should I be concerned?
Sorry to hear about that! I hope your issues with your Frankelift are not as severe as mine were.
Editted: I was being a bit of a jerk in my original post as I was a bit frustrated by being attacked by everyone after saying that the frankenlift was not very well engineered.
After buying Miah's Frankenlift, I would say that the testing of the engineering was lacking. They should have caught that the UBJ would knock. At least it was an easy fix (too bad I had to engineer my own fix, but it has worked well). I like the lift, however, don't get me started on customer service. Based on my experience, I don't think they plan on working with "non-original" owners, which is going to hurt the resale value of the Frankenlift some. Sorry for the hijack.
As for the main topic of this thread - No odd noises, just squeaks that Eddo told me to fix with silicone spray (and I haven't gotten to yet); however, I did mount rubber bump stops on the side of the pick for the A-arm to hit (rather than UBJ and spring contact

)
