I'm sorry...but that just looks plain retarded. Granted thats my opinion...but I believe many will agree w/ me also. :D

I dont like the Liberties that are lifted like that either. The Liberty is a MUCH better offroad performer than a Honda element!!!

It could be done. Anything is possible with enough time, square tubing, welder and the biggest thing MONEY. We used to build 77/78 Dodge vans with 4 wheel drive and running 40s and 44s on them so yes it can be done.

Don't forget, you will most likely see the 5-7" lifted old model Mustang roaming around Moab.

The first time I ever went to Moab there was a sweet lifted (at least 6") VW Vanagen. We couldn't tell whether it was 4x4 or not--the guy was a very skilled driver and never spun a tire. Looked really top-heavy, though. Still...cool. 8)

You see all kinds of crazy stuff down there, especially during EJS.

The Vanagons did have a 4X4 option. They were called Syncro.

It looks better lifted than it does stock..thats for sure. I actually like the interior setups on those. Seats fold up to the walls, hose down interior, two sunroofs. Not bad for a people hauler.

Anything off road is cool :D . Everything is in the eyes of the beholder. I know a lot of guys out there who think our Liberty’s are nothing but an off-road wannabe  . It’s so frustrating as I hear people say, “Why didn’t you get a Wrangler?” I heard one guys say, “I would have gotten a H3 over a Liberty, they are nearly the same price.” In my opinion, the Liberty is awesome :D . I value any body who takes the time to modify a vehicle for off road use. When you’re in Moab, people are typically so happy to be part of such a cool environment that stereotypes tend to be pushed aside. That’s what off-roading is all about. It’s about good times and helping people enjoy their experience regardless their rig or how much money they have into it.

I agree. Anything goes, as long as it goes. If you know what I mean.

I could be seriously mistaken, but the vehicle looks a lot like 1970's Vanagon.
The two lights in front, with two smaller lights above, the v-shape line extending towards the hood ...
