Anyone tried the Springtech lift? I can't tell from the picture if the front uses OTT type lift or something more like daystar. Any thoughts?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 409&rd=1,1That procomp lift uses spacer style brackets on the bottom of your strut to clevis connection. They clamp on the bottom of the strut and then the clevis clamps on the bottom of them. Not sure if that was understood since it was compared to an OTT lift. (I could be wrong here, but I believe OTT means Over The Top style strut or spring spacers.
Similar to the OTT kit. Just uses a spacer that attaches to the bottom of the strut instead of going on top and will result in similar problems. It is almost identical to the rough country lift, which has caused people a number of issues. For an extra hundred more you could get Rusty's spring kit, which include new front springs instead of spacers and new front struts.
Here is a little discussion about the OTT kits and clevis spacer kits.
