a little company called trail sport unlimited. They spacers for all different types of rigs. A buddy of mine has run them on his Ranger for a while with 0 problems and they are alot better price than anyone else.

Who told you you could run a 32 inch tire with that lift? I think you'll need at least 2.5 inches and a bunch of mods. The 3.5 Rock Krawler kit says 32s can be ran with mods, 31s are recomended.

I'm running LT235/85R16 MTR's 32" dia. with a 4" custom lift and hit a tad when wheeling. These are the maximum dia. I can go. I have 5mm wheel spacers and on the RTI ramp the corner of the rear tire just misses the wheel flare before going in the pocket. I don't know how your going to stuff your tire in articulating with 1.5" spacers? Jeepin' Al runs 33"s but he has a 5.5" custom lift. Joe

The rigs shown here is where I decided I would run 32's next time I bought tires.

Our lug nut specs are 90 -110 ft. lbs. I beleive. Most everyone just torques to 100 ft. lbs. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Joe Jeeper, where did you get the 5mm spacers. I'm running stock size tires with a Daystar lift, and when fully flexing I have a little bit of room in the back. I'm pretty sure the 1.5-2.0 inch spacers would be too much but a 5mm to 10mm would be ok.

My 31s are more like 30.7"x9.8". They're on my stock Limited alloy rims, BS of 5.5". I installed the 1.25" wheel spacers from Spidertrax front and rear and now I have no rubbing (it feels good to say that). Now the rims BS is 4.25". The rear stuffs perfectly; the tire stuffed fits almost flush to the flare, but still not touching. The front spacers allow me to do a u-turn once again. Overall, I love them, and the KJ's stance looks so much more aggressive, especially now that you can see the M/T tread much more easily. My tires are pretty worn, so I imagine my next set-up (31"x10.3" Interco LTBs) will rub at least a little. I'm sure I'll find a use for the dremel then.

My 29.5" tires rub with my front Rustys lift. My rims have 5" BS.

I would say that you will be doing some cutting with 4.00 BS. :?

I think 4.0-4.5" BS is optimal if you want full flex, which you can get with 31s but not so much with 32s (with 2.5" lift). I think it's more logical to move your tires out and possible cut your plastic flares rather than keep a higher backspacing like 5.5" and possibly need to cut into metal, something I wouldn't like doing. With my 31s I get full flex, no rubbing, and I don't need rear bumpstops it seems. I mean, yes, I could get them, but it wouldn't stop any rubbing cause there isn't any.

Here's something I want to know...does anyone with 32s, I mean a true OD tire of >31" actually get full flex with their 2.5" lift? Normally when I see pics of people's KJs with 32s on this forum, and their rear tire is stuffed and obviously rubbing, it seems to limit the amount the other side can droop...?

I'm currently torquing my lug nuts to 100 ft.lbs. I used to only go to 95 ft.lbs. Joe :D

i go with 100lbs as well.. and i have 1.25 spidertrax spacers on a stock renny.. and they rubbed the pinch weld and front of inner frender.. i was creative with my fix.. i'll post pictures soon. i put them on because i have plans of 265/75/16's when i get the frank-lift! :D from what i've read on this site .. that will make it not rub on the sway bar. that black liberty a few comments up is beautiful.. just what im after!

I have stock 235 70R16 wheels now, would spacers make some rubbing issues?
