extra rear upper isolator
Cooper discoverer STT tires 245/75/16

I will use this space to post photos from this weekends install of the H&R spring 40mm lift.

My question is about these "Clevis" inserts used for leveling. What are are they and where can they be purchased?

I will add more notes later. As of now I thnk this was something I really needed to do to the KJ. It rides much better and I was afraid if I continued on like I was, the Koni shocks would have broken from bottoming out. The KJ rides much smother, higher and without any loss of handling.

UPDATE 17 April: just went to the store and back and as I was entering the driveway, I came in a little fast to see how the springs would absorb the dip. Well I cas say this, no more bottoming out th shocks, it just compressed and let the shocks do the fine tuning. Tomorrow is the big day when I go to work and do some trail driving.

Update 10 May: Just drove to Charleston SC and back and the ride was great!. Musch better than before. I have lost some handling because of the new ride hight but I can live with that.

Update 112 Nov 2010: Well I went with Spidertrax spacers and gained my handling back that was lost. Worked for a while but then noticed a vibration coming on. Well I have since moved on to 16X8 Rubivcons and the vibration is gone and the handling has improved again. Only issue I can tell is under hard cornering and the sidewalls flex more than before. Could be the 1" wider rims. Over all I am still very happy with this setup.

I believe they are referancing using 2" electrical conduit nuts for additional front lift or for just leveling . Just about any large hardware store that sells a fair amount of electrical supplies stocks them.

This is my 2005 Renegade with the following Mods:
2.5" Daystar Lift Kit
2" Aluminum Wheel Spacers
Skyjacker Rear Shock Absorbers (more travel than stock)
Removed Rear Stabilizer Bar
Some Mud from a local trail

Belle Tire did my alignment, and said they adjusted it Three Degrees. I have not added bump stops to the rear yet, nor did I purchase extended bumps for the front. I do have my rubber mallets purchased for the rear though.

2006 Sport running the Rock Krawler 3.5" lift kit. Runnning 5 265/75/16s with some slight rubbing on the front swaybar but new wheels should fix that because of the backspacing on stock wheels. I have seen something bad about the rock Krawler lift but not sure what the problem with it is, I have no issues with it and like it so far.
