I'm having some issues here... I had 265/75's on my 02 KJ. I had to pound down the pinch weld, trim the fenders a lil', but they worked.

My problem lies in my 07 KJ. My wife and I leased this one so I can't pound down the pinch weld ( I could but they wouldn't like that when I gave it back I think! ahahah).

So, now with my RRO Budget Lift (2.75"); what is the biggest tire size I can put on without pounding over the pinch weld? 245/75's?

Has anyone tried any other tires sizes with a lift but NOT pounding the pinch weld? Please get back to me ASAP! This stock rubber is crap and it's driving me crazy!!!

good luck with an 07, but with my stock 02 i used to run 245/75 with at least half inch clearance from the pinch weld.

The offset of your wheels wil determine how much rubbing you get also........The wider you go, the more rub you'll get.
