I'm having some issues here... I had 265/75's on my 02 KJ. I had to pound down the pinch weld, trim the fenders a lil', but they worked. My problem lies in my 07 KJ. My wife and I leased this one so I can't pound down the pinch weld ( I could but they wouldn't like that when I gave it back I think! ahahah). So, now with my RRO Budget Lift (2.75"); what is the biggest tire size I can put on without pounding over the pinch weld? 245/75's? Has anyone tried any other tires sizes with a lift but NOT pounding the pinch weld? Please get back to me ASAP! This stock rubber is crap and it's driving me crazy!!! |

good luck with an 07, but with my stock 02 i used to run 245/75 with at least half inch clearance from the pinch weld. |

The offset of your wheels wil determine how much rubbing you get also........The wider you go, the more rub you'll get. |
