Did you remove the green tape or are you going to leave it on for racing stripe affects?

Great job! How well did the keyhole saw work?

I like the tape too. think I will leave it for a while

Keyhole saw worked good.... some burrs (not many and easy
to take care of), mostly a good sweat sawing away.

How was the fit?
Mine didn't line up properly, it's angled upwards just slightly, enough so you can't drill and bolt the bottom two tabs. Same thing happened to a buddy of mine with his.
One of the signal light brackets was out of alighment also, took a good hour with a file to make it work. Bracket with slot for light tab wasn't flush with inside of bumper when it was welded.
Other than that its a great looking bumper!

I guess I got lucky..... Aligned perfectly. I needed a BFH to get the 10mm bolts through a couple of
the holes, but worked out great!

It looks great. The ArB 02-04 bumpers are really good looking. I really don't care for the 05+ bumpers. Thanks for the pics.

That bumper is lookin mighty sweet :D Should look even better once you get your lift in. We'll have to get the local L.O.S.T. guys out soon to play in the mud with all those new pieces you have.
