I'll be doing two, but I have heard anywhere from two-three nuts per side.

How structurally sound are these??? Could there be a chance of breakage?

I have been running a raised clevis for Years on my 03 w/out it ever falling down and that is with a lot of wheeling. Same goes for my 04, two trips to MOab and numerous trips in between and still sitting where it was when I torqued it to spec. I don't think adding spacers is necessary.

I recently upgraded my Struts and shocks with springs that were about 2 years old. I ended up using 4 conduit nuts and leveled out quite well.

There was a thread about this not too long ago. The weight doesnt get applied to the conduit nuts. They just serve as spacers for you to get the clevis to the right spot when you're tightening it up. You dont even have to use them, but its a good idea. They eliminate any human error in measuring and are a safe guard just in case the clevis happens to slip, it will hit the nuts instead of making your Jeep all uneven and wierd.

Two nuts will get you around 1/2in of extra lift. Its a 2:1 ratio with the front suspension.

and that torque would be?

100ft# seems to ring a bell
I may need to do this to get the 245/75 to work with the OME stuff
I plan on a pinch pound and a heat gun to the front stuff but J.I.C. I like to be prepared

100 lb/ft top and 110 ft/lb bottom

I would reccommend not over tightening. I did so by having the wrong setting on my torgue wrench (stupid me) and I snapped the clevis ring costing me 30 bucks for a new(old) clevis from the junkyard.

The ring could have been damaged or faulty but which ever make sure you use the right setting.
