I just wanted to discuss with them about shipping to the UK, and a friend here has recommended I email rather than phone to ensure shipping details are foolproof and correct.

I think he's remembering a bad experience with a delivery from the US...

I had they shipped to Canada and they would only ship one method,fedex if IRC they wouldn't consider sending it a different way even though it would have saved me $$ in brokerage....I was not overly happy with that
