Saw this at their website in the "highline kit" section. The caption on the website says "Pritchett Canyon - Diesel on 37s - Moab, UT (PROTOTYPE)"
Drool...

For that price I'll order a new CRD and pop it in myself....I'm thinking down the road of tossing one in the Libby, I'm really not one of the "I give a _____ about gas prices/mileage etc" people. I dont see the difference in couple dollars a fill up that the gas fluctuation costs me. But I think a CRD would be a nice addition. Save me some time between fill ups at least |

Also if you look in the first pic, notice which side the steering wheel is on? That's a export CRD wrangler there, also notice the rear fog lamp in the first pic.AEV just added a lift to a export CRD Wrangler(not saying it's nice though). |

I love the Highline kit. To be able to run 37's with no lift is awsome. |

$24k? I agree with this, " For that price I'll order a new CRD and pop it in myself". For that price you can get dynatrac 60's all around, a 4:1, and a big screen TV in the back. I wonder if Jeep will ever come out with a diesel Wrangler at this rate... |

Well if you think about it,2.8 CRD engine-$5000(about for new),tranny-$3000(new),driveshafts-$400-$600,and all the little things-$500-$1000(raditor,air charge cooler, complete fuel system/fuel tank, motor mounts, and electronics). So that's about $9500 in parts alone, then you got alot of labor time involved to fab everything to fit and work right and I can just imagine the electronis is a pain to get to work right since they will make everything work right. Here is there web site, heck they'll even throw a Viper V-10 in a TJ for you-------http://www.burnsvilleoffroad.com/-----many of there creations have been featured at SEMA to.I agree with this, " For that price I'll order a new CRD and pop it in myself".
