I recently found out I had a torn CV boot.

When I took it in to Quality Dealership for the warrany the jeep was kinda muddy and since it was lifted I half excpected them to turn down the warranty work for either of those reasons.

However, they covered it no problem. They seem to be very lift friendly (at least so far).

Just thought I would mention it if anyone else in NM was having troubles with a dealer for off road use.

OMG that's friggin awesome news.

Thats where I just bought my Libby from, I really want a lift, but I was a afraid to ask them if that would kill my warranty. I guess I'll talk to whoever runs the show down there (don' worry, I wont squeal on your experience with them.):)

Do you know of any good shops in town to do installations of lifts, lockers, and such??

Howdy, which dealership is on or around Coors Road, a little south of the Mall? Is that Quality?

That is Casa Jeep don't have any experience w/ them. I've had a little experience dealing with Quality, they seem like they have a decent service department.

Thanks Eddo, I remember that now. I bought a set of floor mats there once, and even saw my first real-life Wrangler Rubicon there. I have always been humoured by the "Market Adjustment" that Casa puts on all the Jeeps. Seems like they add around 2 or 3 thousand to everything. The first Rubicons I saw down there had a $6000 "Market Adjustment".

I have never seen that at any other Jeep dealer.

Hey The ChucklesStart, take this one step further...call the dealer, ask to speak to the service manager, and let him know that you put a positive reply on our KJ forum here on the internet.

Maybe get an email address from him and send him a link. We all like it when we get told we did a good job at work and the dealers really get beat up a lot of the times.

It might also be cool for him to see you pulling in for some other service and he remembers, hey that the cool guy that made the great post about our dealer". Very cool that they took care of it for you man. later...Clint
