i was wondering if anyone has heard anything about this

"We are working on a kit with step by step instructions to lift a KJ 5-6", this kit should be ready for the market in July 2007. If you would like to get one of the first releases of this lift kit or info about the lift kit when it will be available, send me an email liftmykj6in@jeepinbyal.com"

I read it on http://www.jeepinbyal.com/files/index.php?id=16 at the bottom of the faq's. i emailed them but haven't got any response

He threw a huge amount of money and time at the product and had it pretty close to completion except the new rear yoke design I believe. There is no way you'd go where Al went so I wouldn't ask partner. The rig simply was nowhere close to designed for that size lift. Get your 2 1/2 inches and smile, anything bigger and the costs are huge. Than when it's all done you still have to contend with the front diff, no ones fixed that yet.
1 K will get you the best 2 1/2 inch lift on the planet, anything bigger looks like 10K plus easy. A straight axle conversion looks like the only viable way and than the money still must flow copiously.

Status?

Looking at the 6" IFS lift (allows 35" tires) at 4-Wheel Parts for a Dodge 1500 4x4, I see a cradle. What is so different for the Liberty? I hearcradle drop, cradle drop. Isn't that what they did for this lift? This lift is $2600. Would it really cost more for a KJ to have a 4" lift?

Haven't heard from him, I know he conferred with Jeepin' Al but no word as of yet? Joe

Got this off the Jeepin' Al Website!

Anyone heard anything about this lift?
My KJ is slowly looking more like a secondary vehicle for me. I just can't resist Jetta TDI "diesel mileage"...and a quality IFS kit to fit 32-33s would be something I'd like to have on the Lib by next summer.
What I don't get is that, on the FAQ page on jeepinbyal.com, there's a "sneek peek" picture underneath talk about the lift, but it's of Joe Jeeper's KJ, who we all know has a 4" lift. Apparently, though, it's going to be a 5-6" lift.
Confusion  :?
