I seen some Moab pictures the other day of Lions back and I was wondering, can stock libby make it to the top?

I think it could if it was open - it's been closed for a couple of years

(you have to access it through private property and I think they're going to build some thing there)

It was closed just this year and there is really no reason a stocker couldn't make it. It is only hard on your mind, not the vehicle. Unfortunately we will never know now.
