Familiar w/ the concept and seen the metal ones in use. Not familar w/ that exact product but for that price how can you go wrong? Buy a set and go test them out and let us know how they work out. :wink:

I've used similar contraptions in the past

When you get on it, they usually shoot straight out behind you and thats feeding them from the front.

Usually the goop your stuck in is deeper than any "claws" so the just don't hold

This is the kind I seen used more with 4x4's. Strong enough to use in small ditch crossings and in deep mud.
