W/ the cost of an ARB I would go for the Detours setup AND the Al's arms. Have you ever needed a winch? Do you wheel alone? If so, get the Detours setup and a winch first. If not, get the arms first. |

very good point about the bumper there JJ. while i was in AZ after FITS i wheeled alone and was always afraid of getting stuck. I think the detours backbone it is. then after somemore saving Al's arms. + i can sell my front hitch after the detours. ![]() |

Personally, I would get the a-arms first, then winch set up. I have had a winch now for at least 2.5 yrs, and the only time I have ever used it is to take the steel cable off and put the synthetic winch line on. |

Just give us a bit of rain, drive to the midwest and we'll show you how to use your winch - let's get that puppy to work ![]() I'd probably go with other stuff before yanking 1K from my jeep pockets. A-arms first |

I desided on al's arms. get that first then sell off a few parts and then get the detours backbone. |

Not to make you second guess your decision but my setup is alot like yours. I quickly came to realize that I did not need Al's arm's once I put my front bumper on because it helped pull down the front end. The best thing I ever did for the front end was adding the TJM front bumper. It also helped by taking the stiffness out of the ride because the CRD Frankenlift is really stiff. Lastly it helped lower my center of gravity along with all my other trail armor. |
