I have an 06 Jeep Liberty 3.7 that started with a misfire today on cylinder 4. I changed the coil to no-avail, then changed the plug and perfect worked great. Took a 15 mile drive with no trouble. Parked the jeep in the driveway for a couple hours, hopped in to run to store, and I'll be darned doing the same darn thing. Misfire #4. Any suggestions or ideas ?

It is possible, though unlikely, that the new coil is also bad. Swap the #4 coil with another one you know is good, and see if the code follows suit.
