Ok im a wrangler dude with a question ive got a CRD liberty and it needs shoes baddd 40k the St goodyears are shot. While i am at replacing those i figured i could consider going slightly higher in size and maybe toss on some new inexpensive black rims 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern right? Does RE make a $199 kit for kjs? Or would Rustyoffoads be the cheapest |

First you have a CRD which is very heavy, so you only have a few choices. Frankenlift set up for the CRD or one of the spacer lifts, not an OTT though. RUSTYS would sink in a week with the weight, they are only like 310 lbs where as the original springs are way above that even. OMEs are great spring (which is what are in the Frankenlift) but you can just buy the springs for some lift. If you go cheap I am sure you will be crying the blues in a month. The suspension is not a place to be cheap at esp on the CRD! |

You can fit 235/75/16s @ 29.84" without a lift...then you can add a lift alter and the tires will still look good. OME Lift with 235/75/16s:
No cutting of the pinch weld needed: |
