the weight is about 125 or so. It uses the holes existing on the bottom of the unibody (there are three) and you have to drill two holes on the top. As for the 02-04 I am trying to find some one local that wants one at cost($300) to let us fit them up so we know what to change as soon as this happens we will be good to go. So local boys chime in or even colorado boys that want to spend a weekend in utah chime in. :D

VERY cool looking bumper.

I would recommend that you spend the time today, in daylight, taking some better pics. The better the pics the more you will sell.

I like the water bottle coverage, as i can see it in those pics. I would like to see more clearly how you address that issue and the fit along the grille, more detail pics in better light would be great.

WOW! Crash that looks great! I really like the placement of the lights in the bumper. Unfortunately the Jeep mod $$$ is used up for the year :( but I can't wait to see what the sliders and rear bumper look like. Keep up the great work!

Just be careful, White snow and a Balck bumper/dark KJ will be difficult to get good exposures.

Ya im not too good of a photographer but i will try Maybe before the snow.

Sorry to be so picky. That is what I do for a living. Shooting that stuff can be difficult. I just know that the better the art (pics) the better the sales.

Fly me out and I will make them look REAL good, or better yet send me one... lol

Just kidding. But they do look cool.

As a tip, look through the posts on other bumpers, as I am sure you have done in designing yours, and see what the questions/concerns others have and photograph those points where others have questions and those being detail that you have dealt with. let the pics do your sales.

Like i mentioned about the washer bottle thing, the grille clearence, and the way you have fit the fenders (Looks great byt the way) and incororated the OEM turnsignals.

Maybe offer a scoop that is mountable in one of the light holes if somebody wants it for a ram air application.

Just show the issues you have designed around and that will help sell them.
