Can someone explain this strut thing? I want to get Rancho's all around. Whats the deal with front struts? Front still has shocks, right?

Some people on here say struts in front and shocks in back :?:

the strut is in front and shocks are rear, rancho has both.

the strut does the same as a shock in the reaer, but the strut is part of your suspension ( is in side the front springs, and clamps it in place)

Right, there is no "shock" in the front. The strut assembly is similiar to a coil-over setup with the shock inside the coil spring.
