This past summer my front control arm bushings were getting fairly "squeaky" while hitting pavement seams and much more when driving over speed bumps. Now that it's winter, their to the point where they are making noise when I take off from a standing stop.
I'm probably going to jam a grease gun needle in their and get some lubrication in their for the time being, but what are my options as far as urethane or other replacements?

These great folks will set you up with some.

There are aftermarket LCA bushings yet,only OEM ones,but for the price and trouble pressing them in and out it's cheaper to get whole new LCA's.Now if your talking about the front swaybar bushings,yes there are poly replacements but they will make more noise then the rubber ones after awhile,just grease them every so often.

Yes, I should have said it was the sway bar. Best recommendation is to grease and/or replace the existing rubber ones?

I use silicone spray. I just stick the little red tube in as far as it will go and give it a few shots. You can take them off and use synthetic grease if you want. After a few years these bushings will need replacing anyhow, though, so you can get OE replacements or go with All-Js (Daystar) bushings. There's a write-up here somewhere about installing grease zerks on these bushings, which only takes a few minutes apparently.
