How do I seperate the Upper Control Arm & Steering Kunckle?? Im installing my lift but I cant get them apart

hit either side of the knuckle with a small sledge hammer near the bolt but NOT the bolt and it will pop down. Keep a jack under your lower arm to keep it from dropping down hard.

i see you have a 2002, it may take a couple good whacks to loosen it up since it is probably seat pretty well.

Loosen the nut and leave it a few turns from coming off and you wont need a Jack to support it when it pops.

okay I finally got that apart and the strut reassembled but I cant get it to fit back in b/c its too long now, so how do I get more room to get the clevis back in??

alright thanks for everyones advice I finally got it done and I gained a little over 3" front and rear and it sits level and looks awesome!! Ill post some pics tomarrow
