 Post subject: quick question. stock tire size on 06 sport 4x4

wife called me today and said she had a flat and the tires are getting worn... what is the stock tire size so i can check prices before i send her to the tire shop... i am out of state and she doesn't know what size they are

My 06 CRD LibertySport has 225 75 R 16.
Your wife could read the tire sidewall.
Tire dealers can also go by year, make and model to find a suitable tire..

didnt CRDs have a different size though, mines an 04 Sport but came with 235-70 X16s ? Depended on what all went on them , what wheels etc. Is the spaer uncovered if so that would be easy for her to look at.

215/75-16, 225/75-16 and 235/70-16 are all OEM tire sizes. Go for 235/70-16s.

At least in '05, 225/75r16 ST's were the stock tire, with 235/70/r16 SR/A's were optional on the sport.
