for the front. theyre like 45 buck on here. anyone know where to get them cheaper or is this the base price everywhere?

Thanks for the link I think I'm going to order a set but it says on the link $19.95 ea.? They went up in price I guess? Now for a stupid question, it says they pop right in so does that mean you just pop the old out and pop the new in with some soapy water I'm guessing? (and I'll bet it isn't that easy after they've been in place 4 1/2 years.)

Yea just did mine up today they pop in and I used some blue silicon on the bump stop and where it pops in for some extra safety don't want to lose them. Tell them about the internet price was $16.95, they will prob give it to you for that. Just takes a couple minutes to do with a pair of c-locks pliers to get the old ones out and some silicon and pop them in and your done.

directly from teraflex plus they are 16.95 each plus 9 bucks shipping easy to install, need something slippery to pop them in (but I found some good stuff    )

I just sent them an email to see how much to send Downunder. Does anyone make one for the rear that replaces the factory one (as opposed to drilling one in the bottom spring seat). I'm happy with my home made rear bump stop but if I was to change it .......

I didn't use anything slippery to put them in just set the back side in teeth and then push up on the front and they will pop in. I did have the blue silicon on the stop when I pushed it in but it just popped in and held it there for a min to wait for the silicon to stick and set and then onto the next side.

I just ordered a pair from Trail Quest.

$19.95 each plus free shipping is still cheaper than $16.95 each plus $9.00 shipping.

Doesn't matter to me if they are back-ordered or not, I'll put them on when I get them.

for me to deal with the company who makes them is better than waiting and possibily messing up my springs, plus its only 3 bucks difference. Oh well

At least you are sending your money to a great state!!!!

True, but I was also setting up an account with Trail Quest because eventually I'm going to need to order the 4.10 Dana 30a gears from them too. :D

I lived in OH for 3-1/2 years (near Zanesville) and still have friends there. I also lived in FL for 3-1/2 years. I have fewer friends there...

Ohio friends are the best!!!!! I have lived all over Ohio, from Marietta, Cambridge, New Concord, Jackson, Lancaster, and now  Toledo.

Do you ever get back up this way?

I used Rubbing Alcohol on them to install. Just poured in on them and used a mallet to whack them into place. The nice thing about using Rubbing Alcohol is that it evaporates and there is no residue.

I love these bump stops! Helped out so much with my Frankenlift II for my CRD.

I used just a little bit of vasolene and they popped right on. Just a real thin film on the edges and where the notches are located.

I found that hooking the rounded portion of the mount (closest to you) then pushing it toward the jeep (while working a bit side to side) worked best for me. No mallet need, just a little silicon spray.

Do you need extended bumpstops on the front too w/a lift?

As has been stated 3,672 times now, yes anytime you do a lift you need extended bumpstops. Common rule, for each inch of lift one inch of bumpstop. Many ...no there are a ton of posts on here about it, tells why you need them and what to use such as the Teraflex ones which work great
